You can select free shipping after having entered your shipping address.
Once you've placed your order, your order goes through steps of verification, quality check and packaging. It usually takes 48 to 72 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time includes business days only for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below:
- United States: 10-18 days
- Canada: 15-25 days
- Australia: 12-15 days
- New Zealand 12-15 days
- UK: 10-12 days
- Europe: 10-12 days
- Dubai: 10-20 days
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Europe and Dubai.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Please note that you may not receive all your items in the same package. It is because sometime we ship our items from our different warehouses. If your items ship separately, you will receive more than one tracking number in separate shipping email confirmations. Please click on "view your order" to be redirected to the tracking information.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
We are unable to change or update the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
We can only cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet within one hour of placing your order.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Our delivery partner will handle all taxes and custom duty clearance charges. You will not have to pay anything once your package arrives.

Although our design and support team are located in Toronto, Canada, our products are made in Asia, like most manufacturers, in order to be competitive.
Speedy Koala is committed to support fair trade and labor standards. All our partners must respect all our standards on fair labor and environmental protection, and we ask them to make their commitment by signing some agreement documentation accordingly.
We have multiple warehouses around Asia specifically in the Philippines, China and Taiwan.
When you place an order, we ship from one of those warehouses which can offer faster and reliable delivery times for our customers.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY
When the Holidays are here and we want to assist you in receiving your orders in time for gift giving, holiday parties, and everything in between. To help you receive your packages before Christmas, all orders must be placed no later than November 15th.
This is not a guarantee that packages will arrive before Christmas but is the date that shipping carriers have recommended as the cutoff for Christmas deliveries to be ordered. This date should give your package plenty of time to arrive even given the delays that many mail carriers are experiencing due to COVID-19 and increased volume.
