  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Middle East: Qatar, United Arab Emirates

Rates and free-shipping threshold

  • Threshold is based on subtotal after discounts, before tax.
  • Rates and thresholds are shown in your local currency where available.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault (damaged/defective, wrong item, or confirmed lost in transit).

Processing and dispatch

  • Orders process in 3–5 business days for verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Tracking events can take 48–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • Items in the same order may ship separately from different partner warehouses; each package has its own tracking number.

Duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Canada: applicable provincial sales tax is collected at checkout.
  • United States: most shipments clear without added costs; however, certain product categories may incur tariffs or duties under current U.S. import rules.
  • Other regions: local duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility where assessed.

Address accuracy, PO boxes, and delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are unable to modify the address after purchase.
  • We ship to PO Boxes where carrier-supported; some services may experience extended timelines.
  • For high-value orders (≥ $300 USD), a signature may be required on delivery at our discretion.
  • If the carrier records a delivery scan at the destination address, the shipment is deemed delivered and risk of loss passes to you.
  • Undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed parcels may be returned to sender by the carrier. Reship costs may apply once the parcel is received back or a new shipment is arranged.

Order changes and cancellations

  • Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of purchase if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
  • To request a cancellation, email hello@speedykoala.com with your order number.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link after dispatch. Tracking activity may take 48–72 hours to appear. Items in the same order may ship separately and have separate tracking numbers.

Holiday shipping guidance

For pre-holiday delivery, we recommend placing orders by November 15. Carrier networks often experience seasonal congestion and delivery before specific dates cannot be guaranteed.
