We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
Free Returns
Returns are free within 15 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us directly at hello@speedykoala.com. Returns cannot be processed without first contacting our support team.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact.
- All returns undergo inspection and verification before approval.
- Damages or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be honored.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted after the 15-day return period.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Policy Abuse: If we identify misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to decline future return or refund requests.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 7 days after a successful return has been processed and approved.
- Please note that while we release funds promptly, banks and payment providers may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the funds back to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
